A: Yes! GiveWP will adopt the styling of your website’s theme, however, forms can be customized using CSS to create your own look and feel. See our Handling Custom CSS in WordPress documentation article for more information.
Sometimes at renewal or when doing updates the license keys may stop syncing. First, please rest assured that your GiveWP forms will continue to work, so although we want you to get them connected, know that donations will continue to be processed.
To reconnect your licenses, on your website, please go to “Dashboard > Updates” and hit the “Check Again” button to see if your license keys are working correctly. If not, please deactivate them and activate them again. Reach out to our Customer Success team using the form above if you need further assistance.
