Yes, you can start fundraising with GiveWP 100% for free when using PayPal. The core, free, version of GiveWP includes PayPal and Stripe to accept donations – When using Stripe there is an additional 2% fee associated with one-time donations. Note that all payment gateways have their own processing fees.

When you make a purchase, you are given a license key. An active license key gives you access to any and all updates we make to your add-ons, and allows you to access our Priority Support form.

If your subscription is not renewed for any reason, your license key becomes expired. At that point you will not be able to access our Priority Support and you will not be able to update your add-ons.

Note that a license key is not required for the free GiveWP plugin in any way. GiveWP and all our add-ons will continue to work, but you will miss the benefit of any updates we make, like fixes, enhancements, security updates and more.

Yes. We provide refunds within the first 30 days after your purchase. We simply ask that you allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues you might have encountered first before we issue a refund. Our technical support team are experts not only of GiveWP, but in all aspects of WordPress, plugins, themes, and hosting. They can help you find the source of your issue and ensure your online fundraising is successful.

We provide responsive, helpful, email-based support for our customers with active licenses. Our Priority Support team are Give experts who know WordPress well. We are available to you Monday-Friday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time throughout the year (except some holidays). VIP support customers receive 1 to 2-hour first-response times and all other priority support customers receive 2 to 4-hour first-response times.

Yes, you will need to have an active install of WordPress in order to use Give and its Add-ons. If you are running your site on WordPress.com – the hosted version of the platform – you will need to be on the business plan.
